We sat in a tourism meeting watching a different "marketing agency" pitch their results to the Tourism Council. The agency emphasized their "impressions" and how many the TDC received. This is after the TDC spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on the agency. Impressions are how many people saw the ad. Nothing more....Not clicked on...Not produced sales... or clients.
